Material samples and mock-ups

Design coordination

Early engagement with the design team to integrate architecture, structure and MEP into fully buildable solutions. Design risks are identified and addressed before they impact programme or quality.

Sampling and finish approvals

We manage the full sampling, mock-up and finish approval process with forensic attention to detail, ensuring all materials are technically coordinated, accurately represented, and approved in line with the agreed programme.

Procore-driven control

Procore is our central platform for RFIs, technical submittals, drawings, specifications and documents. A single source of truth for the project team, with full transparency, traceability and real-time collaboration.

Programme management

Construction programmes are developed in ASTA Powerproject and integrated with Procore. Master programme and short-term lookaheads are reviewed weekly, allowing risks to be identified early and sequencing to be protected.

The Glenway Method

A methodical, model-based approach to bathroom design and installation. Coordinated layouts, life-size on-site templates, precise first-fix M&E, early clash detection and early stone procurement, delivering certainty before works commence.
